What Election?
Together, we will elect CIR’s 3 nationwide offices - president, vice president and secretary-treasurer for the ‘26-’28 term. All CIR members can (and should!) vote online starting March 30.

Why Vote for FAN?

Together, Frances, and Ashna have served CIR on two bargaining teams, two COPE boards, the national Exec Board, and two Patient Care Trust Fund boards.

We've bargained for contracts that cover the benefits residents need to thrive: childcare, fertility care, higher housing stipends, fair wages and contracts that fight for the common good, with stronger protections for immigrants and patient care trust funds.

We've pushed for strong, bold electoral endorsements that push our political program from below and to the left, including progressive City Council candidates in LA and Zohran Mamdani for NYC Mayor.
We've advocated for legislation that lifts the floor for all workers, like the $25 an hour minimum wage for healthcare workers in California.
